We promise that Quinn's of Drumcondra will be unlike anywhere you have ever been in Dublin or the world!

This opportunity is unique because of the buildings and spaces we are working with. Quinn's will be big but feel small full of secret areas, bars, spaces, and corners - and then there is Dublin's largest outdoor food terrace delivering the best food in the City specially prepared by small artistic chefs working in our food incubator. Dont forget the boutique hotel rooms, and then there is the nightclub which will bring back real dance music to Dublin.

Quinn's Pub and Venue will be unique, like nothing else in Dublin and that's a promise. The city needs to wash away some of it's grime, with fresh ideas and new places and Quinn's will be that and more. ​

Jay Bourke and Simon Kelly have been planning this project in stealth mode for over a year, and it's inspired by Jay and all the amazing locations that he has opened and run in the past. Jay is one of Dublin's most prolific and successful publicans with a string of amazing premises that we have all enjoyed.

The great news is that his next location is Quinn's and we are open for business early on 2025.

We have had investment and support from so many different investors, and we are now closing out the final few investment slots to complete our €1m round.

The Future Expansion

Whilst we are focused on Quinn's today, and getting the business open and trading again - we have a strong eye to the future. Quinn's a is impressive site in an amazing location feeding from Croke Park and we know that the business and site will grow over the next 3/4 years.

Phase 1 of Quinn's has 9 bedrooms, and we expect to grow this to over 50 rooms as we invest in the future and expand.

Inspiration

We are inspired by what Dublin needs rather than what Dublin already has and we have looked to Berlin, Germany for inspiration.
